  If you have ever been ill, you know the phrase mentioned in the package inserts of medicine: “For risks and side effects ask your doctor or pharmacist”.

As we organize societies as a whole we consider ourselves in this sense as doctors. We want to help societies to stay healthy and not get sick.

Such a cure always contains risks and side effects. If one wants organization to last, one has to make the difference between effects that are welcome and effects that are unwanted. Organizations are sometimes blind to these unwanted side effects and ignore them.

Creating organization in a lasting way thus signifies to observe the side effects in a conscious way. We take them seriously and help you to cope with them during the project.
